5.2 Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the specific service provided.
5.3 Clients are responsible for the lawful use of our services and compliance with applicable regulations.
6.1 Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive business information.
6.2 Noord50 will not disclose client information to third parties without prior consent, except where legally required.
7.1 Either party may terminate an agreement with prior written notice, subject to the terms specified in the contract.
7.2 In the event of a breach of contract, Noord50 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.
