Executive Summary

Nopi.studio is a Dutch SaaS startup that helps recruitment agencies streamline their lead generation by consolidating job postings into a single, user-friendly dashboard. We teamed up together to build and run a multi-channel outreach campaign using email and LinkedIn. We kicked off the project with a strategy session to define their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and come up with a strong outreach offer. After setting up their infrastructure system, we built a highly targeted list of 981 decision-makers in the recruitment space. Using Clay, we enriched and scored the list, leading to 814 qualified contacts. The results? A 31% response rate and 17% of prospects turning into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

Client Background

Nopi makes recruitment easier by collecting job vacancies from multiple sources and displaying them in one place. Their platform allows recruiters to set personal filters, get notified when new vacancies pop up, and manage leads more efficiently with a built-in CRM system. They needed a scalable outreach solution to increase pipeline efficiency and drive revenue growth.

Scope of Work

1. Strategy Session:
We began with an in-depth session to understand Nopi.Studio’s target audience, unique value proposition, and key differentiators. This helped shape the messaging for outreach.

2. Infrastructure Setup:
To ensure high deliverability, we purchased and warmed up domains, configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and implemented best practices for domain health and inbox placement.

3. Prospect List Development:
We built a curated list of 981 decision-makers from recruitment agencies and closely related businesses. Using Clay, we enriched this list with firmographic data, job roles, and intent signals, applying a custom scoring model to prioritize outreach.

4. Multi-Channel Outreach Execution:
Using email and LinkedIn, we initiated personalized campaigns designed to maximize engagement. Messaging was structured around the key pain points and benefits relevant to the ICP.

Results

  • 814 decision-makers reached after enrichment and qualification.
  • 252 responses from engaged prospects (31% response rate).
  • 138 sales-qualified leads (SQLs) generated (17% conversion rate).
