What We Did

All the steps we took to make this cold outreach campaign work:

1. Strategy Session

First we identified the ideal customer profile (ICP). Based on the ICP we worked on creating a strong offer we would use for the mails. To lower the barrier to entry, we structured a free trial offer that allowed prospects to test the effectiveness of physical ad placements risk-free. This created urgency and curiosity while removing hesitation.

2. Hyper-Personalized Cold Email Campaign

We built a targeted list of 9,114 prospects and enriched it using Clay. We then crafted highly personalized emails, referencing specific business needs and relevant advertising opportunities.

3. Scaling Outreach with Cold Email

We launched a fully automated, data-driven cold email campaign, ensuring strong deliverability and high engagement. Each email was customized based on industry, location, and previous advertising behavior.

4. Driving Engagement & Conversions

With 8,689 prospects contacted, the response rate was incredibly strong, leading to 3,627 meaningful replies. From these, 783 leads were qualified as SQLs—a huge success in turning cold outreach into real business opportunities.
